Q: What makes Barks n' Wags Different from other pet sitting and dog walking services?

A: Barks n' Wags believes in quality service and keeping your pets healthy and safe. What makes us different is our commitment and passion for animals. Many services just let the dog out for a potty break or just drop in to clean the litter box. We do not believe in this type of service and know your pets deserve more attention! Dogs cannot be properly exercised and will become bored with a short visit. Also imagine your cat alone while you're gone and no one giving him/her attention. We will spend 30-60 minutes with your pets NOT 10-15 minutes. Make your dog, cat, and house pets happy by giving them the best service and price through Barks n' Wags Dog Walking & Pet Sitting!

Q: Besides walking and playing with my pet, what other services are provided with your visit?

A: We'll bring in your mail/newspaper , change the litter box, water plants, alternate lights and blinds while you're away, and any other minor things while you're away. Also we'll administer medications at no charge. We have many special needs animals and cater to their needs. We are experienced in giving shots, medications, and other custom needs.

Q: Why should we go with your pet sitting services instead of boarding?

A: We come to your home so your pet stays comfortable and can stick to his/her routine. Staying in your home keeps you pet stress free and not locked up in a small kennel.

Q: What is the recommended number of visits for when we go out of town?

A: We recommend 3-4 visits per day while you are gone or an overnight stay. Your pets need to be let out for bathroom breaks multiple times and also need attention during the day. Also most pets are fed more than once a day and need regular exercise.

Q: What are your holidays and what is the extra cost for holiday visits?

Holidays:
*Holidays for Barks n' Wags Dog Walking & Pet Sitting of Tampa are: Thanksgiving Weekend (Thurs-Sun) Christmas (Christmas day, Chrismas Eve, & Day After) New Year (New Years Day, New Years Eve & Day After) Labor Day & Memorial Day Weekends

*Add $3.50 more per visit for a holiday.

Q: How long do visits last?

A: Our visits are 30-45 minutes long for one pet and 45-60 minutes for two or more pets. We will also stay longer if you request (additional charges may apply). All visits are completely focused on your pets and do not included our travel time like other sitting services.
